Scheduling Policies

Appointments can be viewed and booked online, by phone or text. Appointment times are convenient and are by appointment only.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. We do our best to keep appointments as they are booked and work hard to accommodate last minute changes for our clients.

Reasonable advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in the time slot you reserved. If you are unable to give us reasonable advance notice a $25 cancellation fee can be paid to preserve your ability to make future appointments with us. This will cover  the therapist for the loss of income due to the loss of a booked appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If we can fill the appointment time its a bonus for all parties and no fee will be assessed. We are flexible on this point as there may be times we need to reschedule or cancel on short notice as well. If this does happen, you will receive a $25 credit to be used on a future appointment. We will have a discussion with clients or therapists with repeated late cancellations or no shows. 

No-Shows

No-show, no calls are extremely hurtful to our business. Attempts will be made to charge the no show the appointment fee. If a gift certificate was to be used we will use half the amount of the gift certificate to pay the therapist that day. Clients who no show can be rebooked after all fees are paid.

Late Arrivals

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
